VISIT FROM THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY OF THE LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC, HIS EXCELLENCY PROFESSOR DR. LINKHAM DOUANGSAVANH

Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah received an official visit from the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, His Excellency Professor Dr. Linkham Douangsavanh and his delegation.
Tuan Yang Terutama is in Negara Brunei Darussalam for a working visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations as well as discussing and exploring opportunities for cooperation, investment, and expanding the network of entrepreneurs in the fields of agriculture and fisheries. Furthermore, the visit includes the convening of the Second Joint Working Committee (JWC) Meeting on agricultural cooperation.
Accompanying His Excellency was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to Brunei Darussalam, Her Excellency Sengdavanh Vongsay.
The delegation was welcomed by Yang Mulia Pengiran Jeffrynul Hafli bin Pengiran Haji Ali, Deputy Director of the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
His Excellency began the visit by signing the commemorative book and subsequently received a souvenir from YM Pengiran Jeffrynul Hafli bin Pengiran Haji Ali.
The delegation then took a group photo and proceeded to the Exhibition Gallery of the Balai Khazanah Islam to have a closer look at the various types of historical Islamic heritage artifacts displayed across the nine galleries of the Balai Khazanah Islam Exhibition.
